INTEGRATED ROAD DEVELOPMENT PROJECT IN CHANDRAPUR CITY |
| The Chandrapur Municipal Council, Chandrapur
is contemplating the Integrated Road Development Project in the city
on PPP mode on BOOT basis. The Maharashtra Urban Infrastructure Development
Company Ltd. (MUIDCL) referred to as MUINFRA from here on) has been
entrusted with the project management task for the same. MUINFRA invited
proposals for consultants/consultancy firms for carrying out a range
of services. |

| List of services |
- Preparing the concept plan to take up
the project in PPP mode on BOOT basis & carrying out Techno-Economic
Feasibility study
- Planning and design for improvement &
beautification of Cityscape along the selected road network including
policy framework on building facades etc.
- Planning & designing of Urban Street
Furniture/Infrastructure like footpaths, cycle tracks, parking
facility, public utilities, bus bays, bus shelters, pedestrians'
crossings, street lighting, railings, seating etc.
- Landscape designing including plantations
as well as hard landscape and other aspects of cityscape &
beautification
- Planning & designing of road safety
measures like improvement of road and provision of traffic signage,
road markings, railings, bollards, rotaries, crossings, kerb stones,
central verges etc. and widening of road stretches, wherever applicable.
- To carry out, the Bid process management
for selection of Private developer
- Preparation of RFP, Concession Agreement
and other related documents, as described in RFP and helping the
developer in achieving the financial closure.
