MISSION

The Government in Urban Development Department, vide Resolution MRD No.1501/CR.No. 252/ UD- 10 dated 19th July 2002 has decided to set up the MUIF with a view to help the urban local authorities for development of projects and raising finance from financial institutions and the capital market. The Government Resolution envisages the setting up of Maharashtra Urban Infrastructure Fund (MUIF), consisting of a Trust Fund, a Trustee Company, namely the Maharashtra Urban Infrastructure Fund Trustee Company Limited and an Asset Management Company, namely Maharashtra Urban Infrastructure Development Company Limited

Vision Statement

Real urbanisation means that the place should have nice wide roads, adequate water, street lights, proper drainage system, hospitals, recreation parks and host of other amenities.
